The activities in Meditop's lunch symposium " Factors that affect on accurate HbA1c results and How to avoid reporting of misleading HbA1c results " in 39 th AMTT Annual Meeting 2015 during 27 - 29 May 2015 at Chiang Mai International Convention and Exhibition Center.

There are 77 participants from both government segment and private segment in this symposium. There were a lot of factors that affect on accurate HbA1c results, especially hemoglobinopathies and iron deficiency anemia that affect on red cell turn over and how to avoid reporting of misleading HbA1c results to physicians.
