The Royal College of Anesthesiologists of Thailand held the 85th annual academic conference on "Travelling for Best Practice: Perioperative Pathway for Better Outcomes" during 18-19 March 2017 at The Regent Cha Am Beach Resort, Hua-Hin, Phetchaburi.

This conference aimed to be informative conference for doctors, residencies and nurse anesthetist.

The hilights were

• Symposium: ERAS Pathways: An interdisciplinary care team,
• Patient-centered perioperative & anesthesia care,
• Perioperative consideration for pediatric ambulatory surgery,
• Perioperative care for the elderly: POCD,
